AVENTA is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join its civil/structure team in the Paris area. You will deliver geotechnical studies for EPC/FEED projects, design foundations, and coordinate with structural engineers, while preparing calculation notes and client deliverables in both English and French.

The role requires autonomy under discipline management, tight interfaces with multiple disciplines, and a long-term contract with onsite presence in Paris at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience as geotechnical engineer on EPC/FEED projects.
• Fluent English; French reporting experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and verify shallow and deep foundations for heavy industrial structures.
• Produce geotechnical calculation notes covering settlement, bearing capacity, earth pressure and slope stability.
• Review geotechnical investigations to support foundation design.
• Interface with structural teams to align geotechnical inputs with design.
