WeMaintain is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who wants to own problems, not tickets, and who enjoys shaping product from concept to production across our ProdEng team. You'll work across the stack on a TypeScript backend with Node.js and NestJS, a federated GraphQL API, and frontends in Angular and React Native, all within a fully remote European setup.

This role reports to the VP of Engineering and sits in a small, high-autonomy team that values impact, collaboration and delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and running production software.
• Ownership from problem statement to production, not just ticketing.
• Comfort across the stack, with a frontend and backend balance.

Responsabilités

• Own features end to end from concept to production.
• Work across the full stack, collaborating with PMs, CTO and CPO.
• Shape the work with stakeholders and improve tooling and developer experience.
• Deliver reliable, scalable software with a focus on real-world impact.
