Capi Money is hiring a hands-on software engineer to help scale our fintech platform across emerging markets. You will work closely with founders in London and Paris to shape product and architecture, delivering robust web interfaces and secure backend services with a strong customer focus.

We value a product-minded, fast-moving, collaborative engineer who thrives in a VC-backed, high-growth startup. French-English fluency is a bonus and you’ll contribute to a cross-border mission.

Qualifications

• A product mindset is core to how we build and ship with impact.
• Solid web development knowledge across frontend and backend.
• Experience in VC-backed or high-growth engineering teams.
• Comfortable in an early-stage startup with ambiguity and pace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical teams.
• Based in London or Paris; French & English skills are a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the product process end-to-end from ideation to UI and deployment.
• Communicate new features internally and with customers at launch.
• Define and manage delivery milestones aligning engineering with product priorities.
• Build intuitive web interfaces for businesses in Africa and ensure data protection.
• Drive architectural decisions to improve scalability, observability, and modularity.
• Promote code quality via testing, documentation, and reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in cross-functional meetings.
