• Strong web development understanding across frontend and backend.
• Experience in VC-backed or high-growth engineering teams.
• Comfort in an early-stage startup with ambiguity and pace.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the product process end-to-end from ideation to UI and deployment.
• Communicate features internally and externally, gather feedback at launch.
• Define milestones and align engineering with product priorities.
• Build intuitive web interfaces for African business owners.
• Drive secure, scalable architecture and robust testing practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in cross-functional planning.
