This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer, Dashboard in France.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and deployment of a high-scale customer-facing dashboard platform, focusing on infrastructure automation and developer experience. You will take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from design to production, ensuring consistency, reliability, and performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define best practices, improve tooling, and support multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence decisions that impact the platform globally. You will mentor peers, share technical knowledge, and drive innovation in fullstack development and cloud infrastructure. Operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment, you will help shape the future of the dashboard platform while maintaining a strong emphasis on developer efficiency and user satisfaction.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of dashboard platform features, ensuring high quality and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and AWS.
  • Define and promote best practices in software engineering, testing, and deployment for frontend and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support adoption, usage, and optimization of platform tools.
  • Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of excellence and developer-first mindset.
  • Evaluate, research, and implement solutions to enhance the overall developer experience.
  • Participate in strategic planning to coordinate changes across multiple projects and teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development with React, Node.js, and TypeScript in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Experience with infrastructure management and automation on AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, manage multiple projects, and prioritize strategically.
  • Strong commitment to code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for improving developer experience.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); French proficiency is a plus.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with Go, Python, or operating large-scale platforms.
