Lever, Inc. in France is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET/React) to build scalable, secure applications across backend and frontend layers. You will work with .NET/C#, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, React/Redux, and JavaScript, contributing to cloud-based solutions on GCP and CI/CD practices.

You will mentor colleagues, influence architecture, and contribute to DevOps-minded development within a remote-first team. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in .NET and C#.
• Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Strong frontend development skills with React, Redux, and JavaScript.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based application development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, data structures, and scalable application design.
• Experience using GitHub for version control, collaboration, and software development workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET/React) based in France.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across both backend and frontend layers. You will work extensively with .NET and C# alongside React, Redux, and JavaScript to deliver impactful software solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering with opportunities to influence architecture, technical decisions, and development practices. You will contribute to cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform and modern CI/CD practices. Working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, you will translate business needs into robust technical solutions. You will also support code quality and team development through mentoring, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
