IFS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape scalable, cloud-based Industrial AI solutions. You will guide front-end and back-end development, influence architecture, and evolve the platform into a secure, observable product portfolio.

You will work across multiple languages (including GoLang and React) and lead technical design, DevOps practices, and production readiness in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in full stack engineering across front-end and back-end.
• Solid front-end skills with React or similar frameworks.
• Strong back-end experience with GoLang or comparable languages.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
• Commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architecture.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs and accessible user interfaces.
• Modernize legacy systems into modular, event-driven, API-first components.
• Deliver AI-native features across front-end and back-end using multiple languages.
• Provide technical direction and make trade-offs for scalability and maintainability.
• Own reliability including telemetry, SLOs, incident response, and improvements.
• Champion DevOps practices and deployment automation within the team.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards.
