Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• 10+ years of experience in the fragrance industry.
• Strong expertise in fragrance evaluation, olfactory development and consumer understanding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex and global projects.
• Strong understanding of market trends, product categories and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and CMI methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop olfactive strategies for clients, brands and categories, guiding Perfumery teams accordingly.
• Manage and execute multiple complex briefs and deliver fragrance recommendations aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Coordinate regional and global fragrance development projects.
• Translate CMI insights and results into clear olfactory guidelines for Perfumers.
• Contribute to proactive fragrance creation and innovation initiatives.
• Apply best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development and successful project wins.
• Strong ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders on creative and technical matters.
