SeaOwl Group seeks a seasoned Topside Structure / Weight Control Engineer to ensure structural integrity and weight compliance for FPSO topside modules across EPSCC phases. You will monitor design and weight control activities and validate CoG evolution with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires 5–10 years of offshore structural engineering experience, FPSO topside design, and proficiency with weight-control systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of offshore structural engineering experience, including FPSO topside design and weight control.
• Proficiency with structural analysis tools and weight control systems.
• Familiarity with API, Eurocodes, ISO, and marine classification rules.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and validate structural design and weight control activities performed by contractors and vendors.
• Ensure topside weight and CoG evolution remains within marine and structural constraints.
• Assist Topsides Structural Lead in managing technical interfaces and compliance with project specs.
• Participate in design reviews, clarifications, and anomaly resolution processes.
• Interface with contractors to ensure constructability and compliance with weight requirements.
