Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, based in Paris with the possibility to work from home, invites a senior lawyer to join the Dispute Resolution & Investigations team. You will manage a diverse litigation portfolio across civil, commercial and criminal matters, provide strategic advice, and coordinate investigations abroad in an international setting.

What makes you stand out is a Master’s in business law and at least 5 years of experience in business litigation within a bank or law firm,

Qualifications

• Higher education in business law.
• At least 5 years of experience in business litigation on Corporate & Investment Banking files.
• Experience in a law firm or a bank's legal department.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of litigation files in civil, commercial and criminal matters.
• Provide legal advice on pre-litigation and litigation files.
• Coordinate international proceedings and regulator investigations.
• Ensure reporting related to disputes.
