A leading tech firm is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst in Paris to support financial planning cycles and build financial models. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5–8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, and strong analytical skills. This position requires proficiency in financial modeling and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

How you’ll spend your time here:
  • Partner with Americas Sales leaders to support financial planning cycles including annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close processes.
  • Analyze bookings, billings, revenue, and program spend to identify performance drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and partner with Analytics to build dashboards for visibility across the organization.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects and contribute to business model transitions and operational initiatives.
We’d love to talk to you if you have many of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Prior experience supporting Sales or Go‑to‑Market (GTM) functions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with ERP and planning tools such as Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, or NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
We are extra excited if you have any of the following:
  • SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis, integration and stored procedure development.
  • Experience with dbt, Python, and Airflow would be a plus.
  • Experience with the following Data Sources – JIRA, SFDC, NetSuite, Big Query, MongoDB.
  • Ability to build meaningful datasets and to understand, document and communicate business requirements to the technical team.
