Netmore is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to run the finance function in France, reporting to the Managing Director France and the Group CFO. You will own accounting, reporting, payroll, tax, and compliance with autonomy to drive improvements.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, revenue recognition, and financial analysis while partnering with Sales, Operations and leadership to improve profitability and cash conversion. You will optimize processes and implement Dynamics 365 BC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Master's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• Experience as Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager.
• Strong accounting, reporting, cash management and business partnering.
• Experience driving process improvement or finance transformation.
• ERP systems experience; Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.

You are experienced in finance, and want a seat at the table? Then you’ve come to the right place. We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function in France and help drive the business forward alongside our Managing Director France and Group CFO.

The role

In this role, you’ll own the full finance function in France, with the autonomy to drive it forward and the opportunity to make a real impact on the business.

You will lead:

• Accounting, financial reporting, payroll, tax and statutory compliance
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis
• Revenue, billing, collections and working capital
• The full Book-to-Bill-to-Cashprocess, turning signed business into invoiced and collected revenue
• Financial controls, KPIs and management reporting
• Finance process improvement, automation and digitalization
• Adoption and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• A team of two finance professionals.

A key part of your role will be to identify where money, time or information gets stuck and build smarter, more efficient processes to fix it. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Success and leadership to improve revenue realization, profitability and cash conversion.

Who are you?

You are experienced in finance and can combine strong financial expertise with commercial and operational thinking.

You likely have:

• 8+ yearsof progressive finance and accounting experience
• Experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar
• Strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, cash management and business partnering
• Experience driving process improvement or finance transformation
• Experience with ERP systems;Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centralis a strong plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience from technology, telecommunications, infrastructure or another high-growth environment is highly desirable
• A master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
