Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• Several years of chemical process experience in PCB manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or related industries.
• Fluent in German and English; strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical challenges with PCB and advanced semiconductor customers and deliver plating/metallization solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor, building relationships with engineers, leaders, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Support customers through installation, optimization, troubleshooting, and improvement on-site or remotely.
• Capture customer roadmaps and market trends to shape future innovation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Applications, Quality, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Monitor industry developments and opportunities to stay ahead.
