Job summary

Spore Bio is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to own deployments across food, pharma, cosmetics, and medical industries. You will lead end-to-end installations, define standards, and scale the field service team while collaborating with R&D to feed product improvements.

You will travel to client sites globally, ensure reliability from day one, and build processes, training materials, and tools to empower technicians and engineers alike. English required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in field service or similar roles.
• Experience with scientific or analytical instruments.
• Strong cross-disciplinary hardware, optics or mechatronics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead field deployments and commissioning at client sites across industries.
• Build and scale field service team and processes.
• Provide R&D feedback and feed insights into product roadmap.
• Oversee fleet operations, remote monitoring, and client relationships.
