Kestra seeks a senior Field Engineer in France, supporting large accounts and leading technical evaluations across data, infrastructure, and business processes. You will work remotely, collaborate with a global team, and contribute to open-source initiatives.

The role requires hands-on engineering, strong Kubernetes skills, and fluent French and English. You will replace legacy schedulers and help enterprise customers migrate to Kestra's control plane.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience with production systems.
• Ability to debug in a Kubernetes cluster and operate in production environments.
• Experience presenting to CTOs and working with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Run technical evaluations with Account Executive, scope use cases and design target architectures.
• Onboard and train teams, perform architecture reviews, and act as the technical contact for accounts.
• Grow platform usage within existing customers by identifying new opportunities.
• Feedback from field to product, contributing improvements and migration notes.
• Engage with the open-source community via Slack and GitHub.
