A couture fashion studio in Paris is seeking a Lead Designer to collaborate directly with the Creative Director on creative collections. The role involves overseeing the design process from concept to realization, mentoring a design team, and ensuring each creation aligns with the studio's artistic identity and couture standards. Responsabilités

• Partner directly with the Creative Director to define and execute the creative vision of each collection.
• Lead the design process from initial concept sketches to final prototypes.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire the design and illustration team.
• Collaborate closely with the atelier, pattern makers, and embroidery teams.
• Participate in fittings and oversee design adjustments.
• Ensure each creation reflects the couture identity of the studio.
• Contribute to the studio’s aesthetic and collection storytelling.

Collaborate directly with the Creative Director on the creative direction of couture collections Design original pieces from concept to realization, including sketches, fabric selection, and detailing Oversee and mentor a team of illustrators, ensuring alignment with the design vision Work closely with the atelier, pattern makers, and embroidery team to ensure precision in execution Participate in fittings and provide creative and technical direction throughout development Ensure all designs reflect the studio’s DNA and couture-level standards.

• Ensure each creation reflects the couture identity and artistic codes of Ashi Studio.
• Contribute to the overall evolution of the studio’s aesthetic and collection storytelling.
