Santen seeks a senior Communications leader to shape external communications across EMEA from Paris. You’ll develop media engagement, thought leadership and corporate storytelling, partnering with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Public Affairs to support business priorities.

You’ll collaborate with country teams and global colleagues, manage agencies and stakeholders, and elevate Santen’s eye‑health reputation across markets through integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years in external communications, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proven experience developing regional or international communications strategies.
• Strong media relations in international, business and healthcare trade media.
• Experience supporting communications around scientific congresses and milestones.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills for complex topics.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing communications agencies across international markets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French/Italian/German) advantageous.

• Collaborate with regional and global colleagues for consistent messaging.
