Santen is seeking an Associate Director Marketing for France to lead the development and execution of the Dry Eye and Glaucoma brand plans, aligning with EMEA leadership. You will own the marketing strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive growth while managing budgets and campaigns across channels.
Fluent French and English are required, with 8–10+ years in pharma marketing and a proven track record in product launches.

As Associate Director Marketing, you will be responsible for defining, leading and owning the development and execution of the France brand plans for Santen’s Dry Eye and Glaucoma portfolio (prescription and CE devices), with full accountability for strategic choices, long‑term value creation and business performance, in close alignment with Cluster and EMEA Marketing leadership. You will act as a key contributor to country business strategy and a strategic partner to General Management, driving sustainable growth, market shaping initiatives and portfolio prioritization. In this role, you will develop and execute market shaping and penetration strategies to maximize access and growth of this key franchise, while tracking in‑market performance and adapting plans to achieve commercial objectives.
