ATR is seeking a Senior Export Control & Sanctions Officer to strengthen its Ethics & Compliance and Export Control team in France. You will own day‑to‑day control matters, coordinate with the Chief Compliance Officer, and drive governance improvements across the business to ensure compliance with EU/France and international regimes.

Fluent English and French are required, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver practical recommendations in a complex, multinational

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of EU and French export control regulations.
• Strong knowledge of international sanctions, embargoes and trade restrictions.
• Experience with export classification, licensing and technology control measures.
• Knowledge of screening and third‑party due diligence methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, risk‑based recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day‑to‑day export control & sanctions matters under Chief Compliance Officer guidance.
• Assess regulatory risks and enable compliant business activities.
• Maintain and improve export control governance, processes and tools.
• Provide advisory input to stakeholders across functions and regions.
