Airbus is seeking a Head Of Export Control & Sanctions Regulatory to join the Export Control Programme Office in Toulouse, France. You will oversee sanctions and export control policy deployment, lead a Europe‑based team of compliance professionals, and drive governance across Airbus divisions.

You will design training programs, provide regulatory watch, advise the business on sanctions and embargoes, and collaborate with Legal & Compliance to advance automation and AI‑driven screening tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading compliance teams across Europe.
• Strong knowledge of sanctions and classification; ability to deploy policies.
• Proven ability to train exposed populations on sanctions and classification.
• Experience engaging with legal/compliance stakeholders at group level.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of compliance managers across Europe.
• Design, update and deploy export control policies related to sanctions and classification.
• Provide group‑wide training on sanctions and classification.
• Manage the Legal Expert Group on sanctions to raise awareness within Airbus Legal & Compliance.
• Reinforce the network across Airbus divisions; share sanctions regulatory watch with subsidiaries.
• Advise the business on sanctions, embargoes and diversions; manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Co‑lead projects to review processes and tools for aircraft lifecycle.
• Lead external engagement and representation for sanctions compliance toward industry and government.
• Provide strategic requirements for automated tools and AI to optimize screening and classification.
