Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions seeks a Site Manager to oversee large-scale EPC projects on-site, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors across international sites. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost targets while interfacing with the project management, engineering and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of site management experience on large industrial EPC projects.
• Proven leadership in multicultural and multidisciplinary site environments.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French and/or additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise on-site execution of EPC projects over €100 million with strict safety, quality, schedule and cost controls.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with subcontractors, clients and project stakeholders.
• Define and implement construction strategy, planning and subcontracting plans; ensure proper handover to commissioning.
