Criteo is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across Paris and Grenoble. You will partner with product, engineering and operations to drive high-impact initiatives and ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, end-to-end program management, and strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field (equivalent experience may be acceptable),
• A minimum of 4 years experience in software engineering and a passion for technology,
• Strong expertise in Project Management, helping teams structure their plans and offerings,
• Know-how to tailor speech with both technical and non-technical audiences,
• A keen sense of ownership and experience managing end-to-end project development cycle,
• Ability to deal with ambiguity,
• Great problem-solving and influencing skills,
• Experience balancing resources and ever-competing priorities,
• Focus and attention to detail,
• Good communication skills in English.
