Criteo is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead product-facing R&D programs and drive advertising solutions for clients. You will work with product, engineering and operations to launch high-impact products, own cross-functional projects, manage risks, and align priorities with DevLeads and tech leaders.

You will guide teams to deliver on time, on budget, with the right quality, and help them optimise the way they work while influencing the organisation.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).
• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a passion for technology.
• Strong expertise in project management and structuring plans.

Responsabilités

• Work with product, engineering and operations to launch high-impact products.
• Own and drive complex cross-functional projects.
• Identify dependencies and risks, coordinating with other teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with DevLeads, Engineering Managers and Tech Leaders to set priorities.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget and with quality.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and proactively manage risks.
• Support teams in transformation and process optimization.
• Influence the organisation using effective soft power.
