You will drive technical excellence, align product vision with execution, and foster modern practices across cross-functional teams in Paris and beyond.

• Strong background in technical management and engineering leadership within a SaaS product organization.
• 7-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a SaaS product organization.
• Deep understanding of engineering career dynamics and talent management.
• Familiarity with modern people and talent growth practices (Management 3.0, Radical Candor).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with VP of Engineering to shape and scale the engineering organization.
• Monitor key organizational health metrics (team ratios, org structure, bandwidth).
• Contribute to long-term engineering leadership vision and career development strategy.
• Define onboarding, performance management, and feedback processes.
• Collaborate with Product to improve cross-functional alignment and delivery.
• Guide engineers on designs, architecture, and product alignment.
• Identify high-potential engineers and support succession planning and mentoring.
