Contentsquare is hiring a lead for product engineering to build AI‑native, customer‑facing experiences that transform digital journeys. You will set direction, grow a high‑performing team, and ship iteratively—balancing speed, quality, and learning in a dynamic environment.

You will partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define strategy and success metrics, drive delivery of AI capabilities, and ensure strong execution and ownership across the stack.

• 5+ years in software engineering.

• Strong technical judgment; understand complex systems and guiding trade-offs.
• Product mindset and customer empathy; comfortable iterating with feedback.
