Contentsquare, a global experience intelligence platform, is seeking a Finance & Procurement Systems Lead to drive a multidisciplinary team and deliver future-proof Workday Finance solutions. You will shepherd a 13-application stack, balance ongoing improvements with daily operations, and champion a product-driven approach in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Workday Finance, strong finance process knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of major Finance processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury.

• Autonomous, proactive and strong problem-solving skills to deliver future-proof solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SCRUM: facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlogs.
• Proficient with Jira; experience building automated workflows and optimized Helpdesk processes.
• Fluent in English; French knowledge is a plus.
• Nice-to-have: Workday Studio or Orchestrate, engineering best practices, Workato, Zip, Kyriba, Salesforce.

• Oversee Contentsquare finance and procurement systems stack - a portfolio of 13 applications - including Workday Finance.
• Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team of three internal system administrators and engineers.
• Adopt a product approach to information system management with two-week sprints to deliver impactful improvements.
• Lead sprint planning and backlog scoping with Product Owners.
• Maintain business continuity and support resilience; balance change requests and projects with Tier-2/Tier-3 support.
• Lead Jira automations to streamline work, tracking, data accuracy and reporting.
• Lead self-service initiatives and AI-driven tooling to boost team productivity and response times.
• Develop comprehensive documentation to empower business users and maintainability.
• Define team objectives, give feedback, and foster continuous learning and solidarity.
• Manage external resources and suppliers.
• Lead periodic User Access Reviews for security and audit readiness.
• Support internal/external IT audits and tax controls.

At Contentsquare, the Information Systems Department (ISD) is the tech engine driving our scalability. We aim to deliver the digital ecosystems and solutions that keep our workforce moving fast and working smart. Within ISD, the Corporate Systems team is seeking its Finance & Procurement Systems Lead to drive a multidisciplinary team of systems experts, balancing continuous systems enhancements delivered through a “product” approach, with daily operational support. Your mission is to lead the delivery of future-proof solutions while ensuring the system's daily operational efficiency, and continuously improving the scalability of our processes. If you are passionate about mentoring a team, facilitating Scrum processes, and maximizing the value of enterprise financial systems in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this role is for you.

What you will do

• Oversee Contentsquare finance and procurement systems stack -a portfolio of 13 applications- including our core finance application Workday Finance.
• Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team of three internal system administrators and engineers. The team is in charge of designing, configuring, and maintaining our finance and procurement applications as well as our agentic workflow platform Workato.
• Adopt a “product” approach to information system management, working in two weeks sprints (cycles) to deliver system improvements and focus on what brings more impact.
• Lead sprint planifications, scope sprint backlog based on team capacity and priorities identified with Product Owners.
• Act as a service center leader to maintain business continuity and ensure support resilience: organize the team’s workload and capacity, balancing change requests and projects with Tier-2/Tier-3 support.
• Lead Jira automations to streamline work assignments, resolution tracking, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Lead self-service initiatives, champion opportunities to deploy AI-driven tooling and support agents to boost team productivity, optimize response times, and elevate support quality.
• Develop comprehensive documentations to empower business users autonomy, allow knowledge sharing and system maintainability.
• Define your team’s individual objectives, share feedback and make them grow continuously. Foster a culture of shared learning, solidarity and continuous improvement.
• Manager external resources and suppliers.
• Lead recurrent User Access Reviews to ensure all systems remain secured, compliant and audit-ready.
• Provide support for internal/external IT audits and tax controls.

What you’ll need to succeed

• You have at least 5 years experience working as Workday Finance administrator, or expert/consultant.
• You are strongly familiar with the main Finance processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, etc.
• You have proven experience in a management or team leadership position -direct or indirect- and in a similar context.
• You are a critical thinker, autonomous, proactive and you have excellent problem-solving skills to deliver effective and future-proof solutions.
• You have great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.
• You are a team player, and act as a servant and hands-on leader with your team.
• You have practical knowledge of SCRUM methodology: you should be comfortable facilitating agile ceremonies, managing sprint backlogs, and working closely with Product Owners.
• You are proficient with ticketing tools (specifically Jira), ideally with a track record of building automated workflows and optimizing Helpdesk processes.
• You speak English fluently and ideally French.
• What would be a plus:
  • Interface skills, with familiarity with Workday Studio or Orchestrate
  • Development skills, and familiarity with engineering best practices
  • Knowledge with our procurement and treasury systems: Zip and Kyriba
  • Knowledge with Workato
  • Experience in international company, ideally in a SAAS environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce, a major interface
