Doccla, a leading healthtech company, is hiring a Senior Fullstack (Elixir) Engineer. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, build compliant production software on the backend with Elixir and frontend with React, and contribute to regulated healthcare solutions.

You will mentor engineers, review PRs, and drive delivery from design to production while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role is hybrid in Europe with remote options.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience as a fullstack engineer with Elixir on the backend.
• Ability to contribute to frontend (React) when required.
• Experience in startup or scaleup environments with ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience with databases and GraphQL in production.
• Track record of leading technical delivery on complex projects.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Delivering high-quality, compliant software across the full stack with well-tested code.
• Leading technical delivery and driving complex projects to completion.
• Improving systems to reduce debt and increase reliability and maturity.
• Collaborating with Product, Design and Engineers to ship with confidence.
• Reviewing PRs, mentoring teammates, and elevating engineering standards.
• Participating in engineering-wide initiatives and knowledge sharing.
