A NewSpace company in Toulouse is seeking a Senior Electrical AIT Engineer to lead complex electrical integration and test activities for satellite operations. The role involves driving improvements in test methods and technical mentorship for junior engineers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering and at least 8 years of hands-on experience, particularly in EGSE system architecture. This position offers a creative work environment within an innovative international team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ hands-on experience in EGSE system architecture and lab operations for GEO telecom or scientific missions.
• Proven track record in electrical harness design, power distribution, and connector qualification for space applications.
• Strong background in electrical safety, grounding/EMC practices, and high-voltage test procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation and execution of complex electrical and functional test campaigns.
• Implement and validate CCS configurations, automated test scripts, and data management tools.
• Contribute to test strategy definition, anomaly resolution, and process optimization.
