Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead in France. You will enhance Dynamics 365 Sales, integrate with external systems, and lead technical delivery in an Agile environment.

You will own technical development, mentor teammates, and shape development standards while collaborating with a small, international team. ASAP start and potential extension depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on experience developing, customizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement solutions.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the ability to work independently on an established CRM platform.
• Independent delivery with ability to translate requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Agile development experience in sprint-based environments and release processes.
• Technical troubleshooting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a small development team; upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Technical leadership experience including code reviews, mentoring, and balancing leadership with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, focusing on Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Translate business requirements into effective CRM features and customizations.
• Maintain and optimize the existing platform and release processes for reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Support integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and marketing platforms.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, testing, and structured releases.
• Contribute to deployment processes, release plans, and change management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align solutions with business priorities.
• Provide technical leadership: set standards, review code, and mentor developers when applicable.
