Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Operations to design and lead the France operating model ahead of AMM. You will align cross-functional teams, manage governance, build analytics capabilities, and ensure operational excellence across functions in a regulated biotech environment.

The role reports to the VP/General Manager France and interfaces with European leadership to coordinate priorities, performance, and readiness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance or Management.
• 12+ years with cross-functional leadership exposure and regional/global interfaces.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences or other regulated industries preferred.
• Proven track record designing governance, processes, and cross-functional ways of working.
• Experience leading enterprise-level change, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of analytics, forecasting, AI, automation, and digital workflows.
• Ability to advise GM/LT, drive prioritization, and support strategic decision.
• Strong capability to drive adoption of new processes, tools, behaviors, and operating model maturity.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

• Leads governance, processes, roles, and decision routines for operating model readiness.
• Drives execution standards, simplification, and cross-functional discipline.
• Orchestrates alignment across Commercial, Finance, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, HR and Operations.
• Ensures cross-market consistency and scalability of Business Excellence.
• Captures and disseminates best practices to harmonize execution and accelerate learning.
• Leads affiliate-wide projects and budget processes within governance framework.
