A leading satellite communication provider is seeking a Senior Director of User Terminal Engineering and Development to enhance their innovative satellite technology. In this role, you will manage the development of user terminals for LEO and GEO satellites, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies and the execution of projects that meet strategic goals. With extensive experience in satellite communications and program management, you will lead cross-functional teams and ensure the success of terminal solutions in diverse conditions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in satellite communications or wireless systems.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams.
• Excellent program leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end development of advanced satellite user terminals.
• Define technical and strategic roadmap for user terminal solutions.
• Oversee the architecture and design of complex electronic systems.
• Manage internal cross-functional engineering teams.

Connaissances

Experience in satellite communications

Leadership and program management

Technical knowledge of antenna systems

Understanding of software development practices

Familiarity with certification standards

Formation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
