The business is currently seeking a strong HR leader based in Paris to play a pivotal role in driving change and transformation across the region. This is a great opportunity to lead the people strategy, driving implementations and supporting group initiatives whilst providing solutions and ideas within this fast moving and dynamic environment.

This is a high-impact senior director level HR Business Partnering role working closely with the GMs and leadership teams and driving strategic initiatives across the region, as part of a global HR team and leveraging resources across the HR ecosystem. This role requires experience gained within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical devices sectors.
