Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a Project Director for Centric Planning to lead IT project management within the fashion, luxury, and retail sectors. You will define project plans, manage teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.

Based remotely across international sites, you will coordinate with global clients and internal resources, draft SOWs, and drive agile workshops while maintaining best configuration practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management.
• Experience in the fashion, luxury and retail industries.
• High level of English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Define the project plan and articulate the tasks and resources of the project to carry it out.
• Monitor the progress of the project and its indicators to share with the client and internally.
• Manage the Centric Planning project team and partners in execution of their tasks.
• Oversee collection of client requirements and create a delivery plan using allocated resources.
• Articulate tasks and resources to carry out the project; monitor consultancy time and expenses.
• Prepare and present the project steering committee in alignment with the Client Project Director.
• Draft and maintain SOWs essential to projects.
• Work with key client-side users to capture requirements and support execution.
• Ensure good configuration practices and participate in application design.
• Manipulate software / configurations to facilitate agile workshops.
• Consolidate requirements for product extensions and work with R&D.

A dynamic and driven team of technical and business experts delivering end-to-end planning systems and driving customer project success. The teams are all home based in different countries around the World. The role reports into the Global Senior Client Services Director.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibility of the Project Director on a Centric Planning project is to ensure the all project in his portfolio are delivered with all three of these metrics met:On time deliveryOn budget deliveryHigh customer satisfactionDefine the project plan and articulate the tasks and resources of the project in order to carry it out.Monitor the progress of the project and its indicators to ensure that it is shared internally as well as with our customers.Manage the Centric Planning project team and potential partners in the execution of their task.Oversee the collection of client requirements and create a plan for delivery, using Centric business and technical consultant resources allocated to the project.
