Centric Software is seeking a Project Director for Centric Planning projects to lead on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction. The role reports into the Global Senior Client Services Director and supports a globally distributed team.

You will define plans, manage resources, capture requirements, and collaborate with R&D for future product extensions, while maintaining a strong commercial mindset and fluency in English.

Formación

• Experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail industries.
• Commercial mindset and ability to align Centric and customer priorities.
• High level of English communication (verbal and written).

• Define the project plan, articulate tasks and resources, and monitor progress.
• Manage the Centric Planning project team and partners.
• Capture client requirements and ensure profitable delivery.
• Prepare and present the project steering committee materials.
• Support agile workshops and ensure good configuration practices.
• Coordinate with R&D for product extensions.

About The Team

The Centric planning team are leading the market in the delivery of first-class planning solutions for the fashion and retail industries. A dynamic and driven team of technical and business experts delivering end-to-end planning systems and driving customer project success. The teams are all home based in different countries around the World. The role reports into the Global Senior Client Services Director.

Responsibilities

The responsibility of the Project Director on a Centric Planning project is to ensure the all project in his portfolio are delivered with all three of these metrics met: On time delivery On budget delivery High customer satisfaction Define the project plan and articulate the tasks and resources of the project in order to carry it out. Monitor the progress of the project and its indicators to ensure that it is shared internally as well as with our customers. Manage the Centric Planning project team and potential partners in the execution of their task. Oversee the collection of client requirements and create a plan for delivery, using Centric business and technical consultant resources allocated to the project. Articulate the tasks and resources of the project in order to carry out it. Monitor Centric consultation time and expenses incurred and ensure the profitability of the project. Prepare, organize and present the project steering committee in alignment and agreement with the Client Project Director. Draft and maintain service offers (SOW) essential to projects. Work with key client-side users to capture requirements when needed and support execution with the rest of the project team. Ensure the application of good configuration practices and participate in application design. Manipulate the software / manage configurations in order to facilitate agile workshops if necessary. Consolidate requirements for product extensions and work with R&D to define target functions.

Highly self-motivated as well as the ability to collaborate with a team Experience in IT Project Management Experience in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail industries Commercial mindset, appreciating the motivation and priorities of both Centric Software and our customers. Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles from administrative to c-suite Resourcefulness, adaptability and creative thinking Added Bonus Familiarity with Retail Planning solutions Project Management or Agile Methodology Certification High level of English communication skills, both verbal and written
