Job summary

tesselate is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to join a strategic, large-scale digital transformation program within an international banking environment in Île-de-France. You will work alongside development and technical teams to strengthen security practices, optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliability of modern applications.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps.
Proven expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and security.
Hands-on automation and vulnerability management experience.
Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot environments is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, autonomy, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and runners.
Drive application security initiatives and vulnerability management.
Integrate security and quality tools into development workflows.
Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop automation scripts and improve DevOps tooling.
Ensure monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with technical leads and international teams to standardize best practices.
