Job summary

ThoughtLabs Belgium in Strasbourg is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design and implement security-aware CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure across systems.

You will analyse code and communicate reviews to development teams, collaborating with international stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable deployments in an agile environment.

Fluency in English and willingness to work in a multicultural setting are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a DevSecOps Engineer.
• Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
• Thorough understanding of the SLDC.
• Knowledge of automation tools used to create continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps tools like Git and GitHub, OpenShift, Helm, Kafka, Istio.
• Capacity in writing and presenting documents.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.

• Effectively implement a DevSecOps strategy and processes project(s) scope.
• Develop tools and infrastructures in support of the system/ component development.
