Alma is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Developer Experience squad in Paris. You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, enhance local developer environments and maintain cloud infrastructure. The role offers growth in a collaborative setting, empowering both merchants and consumers through innovative fintech solutions.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, excellent technical skills in CI/CD, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Ability to take ownership of cross‑functional infrastructure initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines end to end.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously optimize our CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows.
• Build and evolve the local developer experience.
• Own and maintain part of our cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms.
