Your daily responsibilities

• Be part of an Agile project team involved in the implementation of IT transformation programs for our French and European customers
• Implement, configure and customize key insurance systems such as Guidewire, INSIS, our RIFE embedded insurance platform and Fronts-ends based on customer needs
• Design IT solutions, carry out specific developments and integrations (CRM, finance, fronts, market repositories, insurtech solutions, etc.)
• Plan and execute unit tests, participate in code reviews / peer reviews.

Your profile

• Master’s degree, Computer Engineering School or equivalent, with a specialization in software development.
• Professional experience as a Java Developer (min. 3 years) ideally integrating experience in the implementation or maintenance of a core business system such as commercial property and casualty insurance
• Ability to coordinate solution implementation from a technical perspective, supervise other developers and focus on techlead or expertise responsibilities
• Experience implementing projects in Agile mode
• Adaptability, communication skills and interest in teamwork
• Advanced English and French skills (daily use – Min. B2)
