A project management firm is seeking a Design Lead to manage the Look of the Games design studio for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Committees. The role involves overseeing design concepts, building client relationships, and ensuring project deliverables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for management, art direction, and compliance with guidelines in a high-profile environment.

Responsabilités

• Head management and team leading of the design studio for Paris 2024.
• Receive design concepts and briefs from Paris 2024.
• Build strong relationships with the client.
• Manage programme of the studio.
• Report risks and issues to client and internal managers.
• Set-up guidelines for studio and suppliers.
• Develop data organization and IT platforms.
• Establish approval system.
• Oversee art direction for all content produced.
• Provide guidelines for art working.
• Develop Look Memory Book at project end.

Description du poste

Reporting to the Doublet CSM live General Project Manager the Design Lead will head the management and team leading of the imbedded Look of the Games design studio for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Local Organizing Committee.

• Receive the design concepts and briefs from Paris 2024
• Building strong and adequate relationship with client.
• Programme Management of the studio
• Risk & issues reporting to the client and internally to Doublet CSM live General Manager
• Set-up of guidelines and standard premisses for the studio and 3rd party suppliers appointed by Paris 2024
• Develop the data organization, document control and IT platforms system.
• Develop the approval system
• Art direction of all the content produced by the Doublet CSM live studio (Look and WFS) concepts and application plans pro. Art direction including KOP, Sports Equipment and venue specific elements (for all Venues : Competition, Non-competition and training sites).
• Provide guidelines for art working (to be provided to 3rd party suppliers appointed by Paris 2024)
• Responsible for developing the Look Memory Book at the end of the project in September 2024.
• Responsible to register the studio work days for finance control
