PulseRise Technologies LTD is seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer to own the full release pipeline from source to devices in the field, scaling OTA updates from MVP to thousands of units. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded and edge software on ARM/Jetson, and release embedded Linux images with Yocto or Buildroot.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional engineering experience after degree.
• Hands-on experience deploying software to embedded/edge devices.
• Strong Python, Linux and CI/CD skills.
• Experience with Docker and embedded Linux build systems (Yocto/Buildroot).
• EU citizenship required for defence programs.
• Residence in Toulouse or willing to relocate.
• Fluent English.
• Nice to have: secure boot, code signing, device identity, staged rollouts or OTA frameworks (SWUpdate, Mender, RAUC).
• Nice to have: hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing.
• Nice to have: defence/aerospace/robotics background.
• Nice to have: degree from top French engineering school.
• Nice to have: fluent French.

Responsabilités

• Own the full deployment pipeline from source to fielded devices.
• Scale OTA updates from MVP to thousands of units.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded and edge software on ARM and NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
• Build, package and release embedded Linux images with Yocto or Buildroot.
• Implement secure boot, code signing, device identity and staged rollouts.
• Set up hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing so every release is checked on real hardware.
• Monitor device fleets and handle rollbacks and recovery when updates fail.
• Work closely with the software, hardware and field teams to keep releases reliable and on schedule.
• Document release processes and help define engineering standards as the team grows.
