Job summary

Wewyse Reply is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to own Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and MMM Optimizer development in a Databricks environment. You will translate models into production-grade automation, using Meridian for analysis and insights, while operating independently on end-to-end projects.

The role requires strong ML/statistical modeling, Python/SQL competencies, and fluency in English for client collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling, media effectiveness analysis, and campaign ROI measurement.
• Strong machine learning and statistical modeling background with the ability to work autonomously on complex problems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data processing frameworks (Spark, Databricks preferred).
• Experience with model automation, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps best practices.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) - essential for client collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Model Development & Refinement: Develop and refine Marketing Mix Models and MMM Optimizer algorithms, working independently on complex statistical and machine learning challenges.
• Databricks Automation: Translate defined models into automated, production-grade pipelines using Databricks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Meridian Integration: Leverage Meridian as the primary tool for model analysis, validation, and insights generation.
• Solo Capability: Operate independently on assigned topics, from conception through deployment, with minimal supervision.
• Model Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor model performance in production, implement improvements, and optimize media spend allocation strategies.
