Rdmc is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and operationalize agentic AI systems focused on RAG, agent orchestration, data pipelines, and sovereignty considerations. You will prototype rapidly, then industrialize models and measure answer quality in an evolving product context.

The role blends product R&D with delivery, requiring strong Python skills, LLM tooling, and a focus on privacy and traceability. English communication at C1 is required.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in data science / ML / GenAI in production.

Responsabilités

• Design and industrialize RAG and agent architectures (MCP, tools, memory).
• Evaluate models, prompts and guardrails (hallucinations, security, cost).
• Collaborate with product, data engineering and cybersecurity.
• Document and share practices across the team.
