Qualcomm France S.A.R.L. is seeking exceptional architects to shape multiple generations of AI accelerators and complete data center systems with a strong focus on SoC, memory, and system architecture.

Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team driving performance, power, area, and scalability for next-generation cloud AI workloads. You will partner across architecture, design, systems, product, software, platform, and customer teams and translate workload requirements into architecture

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in EE, ECE, CE, CS, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SoC, platform, or system architecture; AI accelerators; memory architecture.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to technical direction.
• Experience with quantitative SoC and system studies using calculators, spreadsheets, and simulators.
• Experience correlating modeled vs. observed system performance and driving closure.
• Excellent technical communication and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner across architecture, design, systems, product, software, platform, and customer teams to deliver market-leading data center systems.
• Translate product and workload requirements into SoC and system specifications and drive feature-set requirements.
• Execute SoC and system architecture studies, quantify performance, memory bandwidth, and scalability tradeoffs; drive analysis tools.
• Follow designs through implementation and production; correlate performance with models and targets; drive closure.
• Execute competitive analyses across SoC, platform, system, compute, memory, and deployment considerations.
• Support and mentor technical contributors and generate innovations and patents.
