Your responsibilities:

As a Senior Analyst at CybelAngel, you are a key relay and expert within your Team/Pod, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to strategic clients.

You will have a portfolio composed of strategic customers and you will work on specific side missions with the managers of the CyberOps Team, and with other departments on tactical projects related to the Product and service improvements.

You will lead the team, support your manager, mentor peers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and training.

This is a critical role for experienced CTI/OSINT analysts who are ready to take on strategic responsibilities, handle complex cases, and engage in high-impact internal projects.

Missions:

1. 1. High-Quality Service Delivery

   • Manage a reduced portfolio of ~5 strategic clients.
   • Responsible for the review of major and critical reports sent to our customers.
   • Act as backups in case of analyst leave/sickness for customer meetings and daily operations
   • Oversee onboarding of new clients.

2. 2. Process Compliance & Improvement

   • Ensure proper keyword configuration for new and expanded contracts.
   • Act as the team’s technical and procedural reference point.
   • Proactively update documentation and internal training material.

3. 3. Team & Manager Support

   • Managing backups' distribution.
   • Participating in the recruitment process.
   • Participate in some Executive Business Review dry runs.
   • Represent the team in the manager’s absence.
   • Help analysts resolve complex client requests and foster autonomy.
   • Provide regular feedback and insights to the manager.

4. 4. Product Evolution Contribution

   • Learn the product suite (including detection logic, workflow, and client use cases).
   • Participate in testing, feedback, or feature evaluation with Product & Engineering teams.
   • Propose operational improvements or new use cases from field experience.

5. 5. Business & Departmental Goals

   • Contribute to long-term goals of CyberOps and overall business strategy.
   • Engage in projects based on company needs and your area of interest/expertise.
