Spherical Search is looking for a Customer Quality Support professional based in Granville, France. The successful candidate will manage customer audits, serve as the main point of contact for quality matters, and monitor technical support KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree (Bac +5) and experience in customer-facing roles. This role requires effective communication and the ability to work cross-functionally while supporting quality assurance efforts in the Pharma & BioTech field.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support/customer-facing roles preferred.
• Typically at least 2 years within the company or engineers/managers with more than 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills in managing customer relations.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer audits and inquiries for the Granville and Brécey production sites.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers regarding quality matters.
• Coordinate customer quality audits and site visits.
• Track quality indicators and prepare sections for review meetings.
• Promote a customer-focused culture within teams.
