Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in the Paris area is seeking a CRA II to support sponsor-dedicated clinical monitoring activities across study sites.

You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, either on-site or remotely, while ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP, local regulations, and study-specific plans. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or is a registered nurse, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring and site management activities, ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects patient confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity risks.
• Reviews ISF and TMF contents, supports recruitment and data tracking, and ensures timely query resolution.
• Acts as liaison with site personnel, participates in Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings, and supports audit readiness.
