Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a CRA II in Immunology for a sponsor-dedicated role, primarily home-based with Paris as the base and significant site travel. You will perform site qualification, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and data integrity across trial activities.

The role requires up to 75% travel and a Bachelor’s degree or RN, with strong communication and GCP knowledge to drive site performance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.
• Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality and data integrity.
• Performs Source Document Review and data verification in CRFs with timely query resolution.
• Ensures IP handling, labeling, storage, and accountability per protocol and SOPs.
• Maintains ISF/TMF alignment and supports audit readiness and site training.
