Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather information to build the budget for tenders and projects.
• Analyse tenders, scope of works and related documentation for budgeting.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather cost inputs.
• Prepare cost, materials and labour estimates with margins.
• Develop cost models and pricing strategies for bids and bids review.
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting aligned with project duration.
• Identify cost risks, contingencies and pricing sensitivities.
