Alstom is seeking a Program Manager to define and structure the Control Room concept and product, coordinating with international teams across Europe and beyond. The role emphasizes leadership in a demanding industrial environment, with a focus on development, deployment, and maintenance of the product roadmap.

The candidate should have an engineering background in Electronics or CS, with at least seven years of experience in development or program management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
• Minimum 7 years of development and/or project management experience.
• Experience leading teams in an industrial environment.
• Interest in next-generation systems, hardware and software development methodologies.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Define and structure the Control Room concept and product with international teams.
• Define development roadmap and align with development frameworks.
• Contribute to product roadmap development, deployment and maintenance.
• Lead product portfolio developments (R&D, Sustaining, specs).
• Ensure Quality, Cost and Delivery commitments for R&D programs.
• Coordinate across the development center and adjacent entities.
