Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced Factory Coordinator (Contracts & Procurement) to oversee procurement and contract management for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. The role acts as the focal point for contracting and purchasing, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and commercial value across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, or related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting and purchasing activities for local and international service requirements.
• Coordinate tendering: define scope, engage suppliers, evaluate bids, negotiate, and award contracts.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, governance, and local regulations.
• Develop contracting strategies aligned with operations and projects.
• Lead contract administration including renewals, claims, budget monitoring and supplier reviews.
• Ensure timely creation and management of POs and service orders in SAP.
